Literature Text

Shall I compare thee to a fierce storm?
Thou art more than the shifting winds which build
There is a sharpness in thy thunder in which I revel
The liquid rain of thy passion is warming to my soul
Thou wouldst melt me with thy lightening of fire
Mingle we do my love with fire and rain to the end
Leaving me only to sink into thine arms in rapture
Oh how the winds of time have enamored thee
Thy face I look upon and savor the force of beauty
No day is complete without the flashes of  thine loving eyes
Deep into the rumbling there is a calling which stills
I lay in waste of breath when thou dost calm
Only the turbulence of thee will I ever crave
Thou art my storm which my life depends
My wind, my rain, my lightening, my love
A sonnet. Shakespeare wrote Sonnet 18 called "Shall I Compare Thee To A Summers Day?" I enjoy it and I hope you enjoy mine

I love your diction, but for a sonnet, the meter is irregular and the couplet doesn't rhyme.

Still, overall, I love this. :aww:
